Start of the beginning

I tried to force myself into the world of oracle and promised to give you my experience and the difficulties of moving from SQL Server world to Oracle. Now, I have been working with oracle technology stack for the last 2 months and I have got something to tell. In the coming new months , I will try to start from the basics and will probably go though what it is like in Oracle world as compared to SQL Server. Which technology is best on what area ? How both RDMS fulfil various ANSI standards.
